This July edition of python meetup is titled Django administration, this focuses on the powerful capability of django to drive site administration to the next level, using customizations in python and some jinja templating.Website administration is the practise of keeping a website running efficiently and securely. It involves planning and performing website enhancements and manage website content. Administration covers managing user accounts/passwords, model interaction and visibility, database manipulation, web security including user access, log analysis, content management.
Django has one of the most powerful admin interfaces. It reads metadata from your models to provide a quick, model centric interface where trusted users can manage content on your site. Hence, we will be discussing about Model Admin, state of the model view, overriding admin actions, template customization for the admin page and more.
